I believe that Ran Ryuuren understands Kou Shuurei more than many do, and Kou Shuurei understands Ran Ryuuren more than anybody else as well. This comes with being kindred spirits, and this is more than many relationships can bargain for. Many times, the genius became a very important force in Kou's life. The time Kou spent with Ran were moments Ran clearly treasured because somehow, Ran Ryuuren felt normal with her - not just the weird genius most people saw him as. This is why I wanted to make a fanlisting for them - for their friendship and maybe... for more than that.
